This is no ordinary camp job. In fact, working at Somerset should hardly be seen as a job, but instead as a passion. The summer camp experience is unique and few environments can match both its spirit and the positive impact it has on children.
Cabin counselors live with a particular bunk and age group and also spend part of their day at an activity area of expertise. Counselors are expected to be role models who must be fun-loving, creative, patient and genuinely concerned for the welfare and development of the campers.
