We know that being away from your daughter can be difficult. That’s why we work extra hard to keep you informed about, and connected to, your daughter’s experience. At Somerset, you’ll always receive:

• Josh’s morning email, updating you on the past day’s events plus the schedule ahead. It goes great with your morning coffee. Read a sample.
• A daily e-copy of the Somer Sun, our morning “newspaper.” Here, you can learn more about the schedule, the menu, plus what’s in store for the week ahead. Check out this sample.
• Facial recognition technology for our photos with notifications sent directly to your phone. No scrolling through hundreds of photos!
• Bi-weekly letter checks so that your daughter sends mail to YOU.
• A direct line to Kate and Josh, including their cell phone numbers, and a commitment to return your call or email ASAP.
• A check-in phone call from a director for all first-year families within the first four to five days of the session.
